ORDER & SHIPPING POLICIES

Double-check your mailing address before making a purchase. Once your order is in the hands of USPS, we are not liable for any issues due to an incorrect address.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a valid street address.

ID Verification is required within 48 hours of your purchase. If you fail to complete the verification within this time frame, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

Processing Time: Please allow 48 hours for order processing (Monday–Friday). While processing can sometimes be quicker, weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain lengths and lace products require extra processing time:

• Vietnamese Straight: ⏳ 7-9 business days processing
• Indian Wavy: ⏳ 7-9 business days processing
• All lace products are handmade and require time to be created upon request.

📦 Standard Shipping – $10 | 3-7 business days
📦 Priority Shipping – $16 | 2-3 business days
📦 Expedited (Overnight) – $25 | 1 business day
